What a year 2020 has been for all – certainly at this time in 2019 no-one could have envisaged what was just around the corner but hopefully, as we reach the end of 2020, the end of the pandemic is in sight.

Thankfully, Covid-19 hasn’t impacted too greatly on what we have been getting up to here at Miltcon Services Ltd. in 2020, a summary of which is provided below:

• continued delivery of support services to the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland in relation to market surveillance of the Ecodesign, Energy Labelling and Tyre Labelling Regulations and successful re-appointment in this role for a further 4 years
• achievement of a number of planning permissions for a waste management client, including a 35,000 tonnes per annum recycling facility (including EIAR preparation)(Portal ID: 2020122)
• delivery of another interesting project with project partners Sweco as part of the EPA Substance Reporting Unit support services framework (more to follow)
